Who are Lectors?
Lay members of the parish who serve at mass by professing the Word.
What do Lectors do?
Is there meetings? How much time commitment is there?

Lectors serve the parish at Mass by reading scripture.
Lectors meet at the request of the pastor or ministry coordinator.
Spanish Lectors meet the second Sunday of each month from 9:30 am to 11:00 am
English Lectors meet the last Thursday of each month.
Lectors must also attend training sessions as required.
Lectors must also study and be familiar with readings prior to mass.
Weekly study and reflection is a must.
