Who are Ushers?
Lay members of the parish who serve at mass.
What do Lectors do?
Is there meetings? How much time commitment is there?
More information and who to contact:
Greet parishioners, assist the eldrely and ill into the church, traffic control,
seating, collections, communion and distributing information/bulletins.
Ushers meet at the request of the pastor or ministry coordinator.
Spanish Ushers meet the second Sunday of each month at 7:00 pm
English Ushers meet at the request of OPastor or ministry coordinator.
Ushers must also attend training sessions as required.
Ushers serve at the regular mass they attend. In addition, Ushers should be
available to help on Holy Days of Obligation and other special occassions
that may not be at their mass time or day.
